The Municipality of Looc is located at the southwestern part of Tablas Island at 12.15 degrees southwestern longitude and 121.59 degrees southwest latitude. It is a coastal municipality which is bounded by the municipalities of Ferrol and Odiongan on the north, Alcantara on the east, Santa Fe on the south and Looc Bay on the west.
